Always a good morning on the Cedar!

Waking up is always interesting living on the Cedar River.  Outside our windows to the south is the view of the river.  Every day it looks different depending on the sun, or lack there of, trees, what the water may be doing, the wind, and simply the time of year.  Here is what we saw this morning.  Have a great day!

Fall Biking in Lanesboro

We were fortunate to have moved next to the Cedar Valley Bike Trail Network four years ago.  We had biked most every year, but this year we took it to a new level.  We both got new recumbent bikes and that was a couple of the best purchases we ever made!  So much fun to be spending time together, getting exercise and seeing some beautiful scenery.  We did go to Wisconsin biking on several different trails.

Besides our own trails, which are by far the best, we did love Lanesboro, MN.  Below are a sampling of pictures we took on a fall trip.
